    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    This position is responsible for supervisingand driving continuous improvement for manufacturing crews within the value streamand for delivering business results. Assignedmanufacturing crewismedium in sizeand/orcomplexity. This position also ensuresthevalue stream is operated in accordance with Andersen Corporation's values, employee covenant, and strategic direction.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Develop and lead A3Plan/ A3 projects formanufacturing crew, utilizing current and future state value streammaps

    • Deliver business metric results (SQDCP), utilizing tiered managementsystem

    • Provide direct leadership to value streamteam leads, production employees and potentially other supervisors

    • Provide indirect leadership to other support functions and other supervisors (matrix organization)

    • Provide coaching, feedback and development tomanufacturing crew, Team Leads, and Supervisors, promoting career growth opportunities.

    • Ensure the desired product quality levels are achieved through use of standard work and training to those standards, training in operation and inspection techniques, and use of tools/data.

    • Promote going togembato solve problems,promotinghands-onapproachto problemsolving

    • Establish an environment conducive to high levels of inclusion, morale, associate satisfaction, andperformance

    • Expected to make large decisions for multiple manufacturing crews (entire value stream) and potentially an entireshiftof multiple value streams

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor's degree preferred and/or combination of equivalent education and leadership experience.

    • 2+years of supervisory or leadership experience

    • Business acumen and knowledge

    PAY RANGE:

    $78,824.00 - $122,176.00

    PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
