• Direct andoptimizedaily operations of the Executive HQ toestablisha premium, distraction-free environment for the C-suite and visiting leaders.
• Partner directly with Executive Business Partners and leaders to create a positive workplace experience and be a key culture leader in the office.
• Ensurepremiereexperience for guests and visitors.
• Support and coordinatelogisticsforonsitemeetings and events.
• Monitor office operations, support ticket queue, and resolve questions with comprehensive answers.
• Adhere tooperating budget for office support model and day-to-day operations.
• Maintain office supplies, equipment,snacks,and manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth office operations.
• Ensure best practices forphysical security,health,and safety.
• Coordinate withITteam in support of new hires, telecom,andvideoconferencing, as needed.
• Serve as primary liaison for property management services provided by the landlord.

• Proven ability to manage office operations while supporting broader company projects.
• Experience working with C-Suite level stakeholder.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Demonstrated experience in improving administrative and operational processes.
• ExperienceusingBrivoor an alternative access control system.
• ExperienceusingMicrosoftSuite includingOffice 365
• Experienceusing ServiceNow, or another ticketing system.
• Experience working in a hospitality, real estate, property management, or related environment is a plus.
