We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. This role is focused on
strategic ERP implementation, data migration, and integration validation. You will work closely with
finance and accounting teams and other stakeholders to ensure accurate data movement and integrity
across systems

Experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite and data migration/integration projects
is highly desirable.
Major technologies involved include S3, AWS Glue, Step Functions, Lambda Functions, Amazon Athena,
Redshift and RDS.
Skills and Responsibilities
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to understand data requirements and ensure
accurate migration and integration.
Collaborate with business units for data file generation in specific formats and perform data
validation after files are uploaded into a system.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear
communication and alignment on project goals.
Test or assist with testing fidelity of data migration from one system to another using SQL and
related tools.
Design & Develop complex ETL Scripts in Glue or SQL for data prep & analysis.
Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to implement and document complex
and evolving requirements.
Research and implement innovative solutions to solve challenges related to ETL, data cleanup,
and analysis.
Ability to debug complex data issues without frequent guidance from senior team members.
Developing techniques to work with both tabular and hierarchical data.
Strong attention to detail, good work ethic, ability to work on multiple workstreams
simultaneously, and good communication skills.
Required Skills
3 to 6 years designing, developing, and optimizing SQL queries to extract and manipulate large
datasets from relational databases.
3 to 6 years of experience working in Data Analysis or related roles.
1 to 2 years experience in Python for scripting, automation, and advanced data analysis.
1+ years of Cloud experience required.
2 to 4 years of experience working with Finance and Accounting business partners or similar
environments is highly preferred but not required.
A degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or an equivalent major.
Experience working with various database systems: SQL Server/PostgreSQL/Redshift/Athena
etc.
Enjoys collaborating with other engineers on architecture and sharing designs with the team.
Experience with design, development, and maintenance of automated test cases for ETL
pipelines using tools such as Validatar, QuerySurge, or ICEDQ is preferred.
