Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Übernahme der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung des Teams, Förderung der persönlichen Entwicklung aller Teammitglieder sowie Verankerung einer motivierenden Leistungskultur.
  • Übernahme, Durchführung und Überwachung der internen Untersuchungen, Mitarbeitervettings und Audits von Geschäftspartnern.
  • Steuerung des Performance Managements im Team, Vereinbarung klarer Ziele und aktives Vorantreiben zügiger sowie fundierter Entscheidungen.
  • Verantwortung für die Planung, Überwachung und Optimierung benötigter Ressourcen (z. B. Budget, Ausrüstung, juristische Dienstleistungen) und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Arbeitsabläufe.
  • Etablierung eines systematischen Risikomanagements durch frühzeitige Identifizierung, Bewertung, Eingrenzung und transparente Berichterstattung von Risiken.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller internen und externen Regelungen sowie Gesetzgebungen inklusive der Eskalierung relevanter Ethics & Compliance-Fragen an die zuständigen Fachbereiche.
Gewünschte Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium und/oder mehrjährige fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Corporate Compliance, interne Untersuchungen oder Governance.
  • Du bringst nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Teamführung mit, Du hast Erfahrung in der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit und in der Steuerung von Organisations- und Veränderungsprozessen.
  • Du verknüpft eine starke strategische Vision mit analytischem Denkvermögen, ausgeprägter Problemlösungskompetenz und Entscheidungssicherheit.
  • Du besitzt exzellente und strukturierte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zur wirksamen Einbindung unterschiedlichster Stakeholder sowie der Unternehmensleitung.
  • Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Französisch- oder Spanischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
