Role: Program/Project Manager
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Job Details:
We are seeking an accomplished Program/Project Manager specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) with a proven track record in successfully managing projects using Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in guiding M&A initiatives, excellent communication skills, and a talent for stakeholder management. This role demands a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of M&A projects while fostering collaboration and transparency within Agile frameworks.
Required Skills:
  • Lead end-to-end project management for M&A initiatives, including due diligence, integration planning, and execution.
  • Ensure alignment of M&A projects with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
  • Navigate complexities associated with M&A transactions and provide strategic guidance.
  • Apply Agile principles, with a focus on Scrum and SAFe, to enhance project flexibility, transparency, and delivery speed.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure adherence to processes, quality standards and deliverables so that your projects are delivered with machine-like predictability.
  • Implement SAFe practices for large-scale projects, fostering collaboration and alignment across teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.
  • Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactively address stakeholder concerns and maintain a high level of stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Empower teams to take ownership of their work and continuously improve Agile processes.
  • Drive a collaborative and transparent working environment.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for M&A projects, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans.
  • Proactively manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal impact on project objectives.
  • Expertise in developing detailed program/project execution plan and manages all implementation processes including budget management, resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints, and quickly establish yourself as a go-to leader within IT.

Required Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Program/Project Manager with a focus on M&A projects.
  • Extensive experience in implementing Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex M&A transactions and provide strategic guidance.
  • Minimum 6+ years in very recent project/program management experience
  • With at least 4 years of that dedicated to running large IT projects
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects concurrently in an enterprise environment.
Solid experience in:
Decision-making and negotiations
Risk assessment, and mitigation strategies
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, conflict/resolution management, active listening, time management, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Should demonstrate consistent ability to guide cross-functional teams and deliver solutions while mitigating or removing hurdles/obstacles.
  • Passion for learning and using the platform of the world's most innovative company

Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.
