Nyle Maxwell of Killeen is looking for a full time, highly motivated individual to be a part of our Service team. This person must be a great communicator, have a positive attitude and quickly build rapport with prospective customers.

Who would I interact with?

This position interacts daily with Service Advisors, Service Managers, dealership support staff and sales and service customers, just to name a few.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for invoicing and printing invoices and accepting payment for completed service work
• Record the amount of the Customer’s payment and close out repair orders in the computer system.
• File dealership forms, records, reports, correspondence, or other important material.
• Research, retrieve, copy and disseminate information contained in files as requested
• Assist with purging and maintenance of files.
• Answer incoming service calls as needed
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Maintain neat work area and help maintain appearance of customer waiting area
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail a must
• Previous administrative work a plus

Qualifications

• Great Customer Service Skills
• Be Able to Create Customer Relationships
• Strong Computer & Phone Skills (ADP CRM, Outlook, Excel)
• Appointment Setting Experience
• Great Communication Skills
• Able to multi-task
• Team Player
• Bi-lingual is always a plus!

Full Time Position

You must be reliable, punctual, and be able to work some evenings and rotating Saturdays as needed.
