Quality Engineer | Holland, MI

Salary Range: $73,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

We are collaborating with leading companies in Holland seeking experienced Quality Engineers to drive results.

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Holland seeking Quality Engineers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective actions.
  • Utilize statistical process control (SPC) to monitor and improve product quality.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure product manufacturability and quality.
  • Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and reduce waste.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
  • ASQ certification (e.g., CQE, CSQP, CMQ/OE).
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R).
  • Familiarity with specific industry standards (e.g., ISO 13485, IATF 16949, AS9100).
  • Basic programming skills for automation or data analysis (e.g., Python, VBA).
