SummaryProvide hands-on technical support for end users, including laptop deployment, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and day-to-day IT operational support. This role partners closely with Infrastructure, Service Desk, and Security teams to ensure a seamless user experience and reliable technology operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support for end users
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and user access issues
Respond to incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing system
Image, configure, deploy, and refresh Windows laptops and desktops
Install and support Microsoft 365 and standard business applications
Maintain accurate asset inventory, device records, and ticket documentation
Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate IT teams
Support endpoint security, patching, and compliance activities
Deliver professional, customer-focused support via phone, Teams, tickets, and in-person interactions
Key Requirements
2–5 years of desktop support, help desk, field support, or IT infrastructure experience
Experience imaging, configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 devices
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPNs, printers, and basic networking
Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems and incident management processes
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Intune, Autopilot, SCCM/MECM, MDT, or similar deployment tools
Experience supporting users in a multi-site environment
CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or ITIL certification preferred
Ability to lift and set up desktop equipment and related hardware

Pay Details: $32.00 to $36.00 per hour
