  • Collaborate on workflow design, data mapping, testing, and post-go-live optimization.
  • Document and communicate system or process changes to support smooth adoption.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, IT, and client service teams to align priorities and deliver solutions.
  • Support change management and provide training during new system rollouts.
  • Participate in responding to RFPs and contribute technical and operational content.
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to prepare proposal materials.
  • Present proposed solutions and project approaches to clients and prospects.

What do you bring to the table?

  • Experienced in operations and project management within e-commerce and ERP environments.
  • Proven experience leading system integration or improvement projects.
  • Proficient in SQL ; skilled in building reports and dashboards using BI tools.
  • Exposure to ERP systems and migrations (e.g., NetSuite, Odoo).

  • Receive mentorship from experienced professionals in a collaborative, high-performance environment, learning best practices in project management, systems improvement, and tangible marketing operations.
  • Develop exposure to the full lifecycle of branded merchandise operations, from product sourcing and fulfillment workflows to campaign execution and system integration.
  • Enjoy four weeks of paid time off.
  • Best of all - you get to become an integral part of the Cotton Candy team and its culture of teamwork, innovation, and operational excellence.
