- Should have working knowledge in Service Now legal service delivery in Development for at least 3-4 years
- Experience in Catalog development in Service Portal
- Hands on experience in designing and developing various integrates with Service Now
- Knowledge of REST API and SOAP API
- More than 3 years of experience in Java scripting. Should have been involved in at least one project application rollout and transition support and platform upgrade
- Experience working in Service Now Eureka, Geneva, Istanbul and Kingston versions
