Integrity Physical Therapy is actively seeking a committed and highly skilled Full-Time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Greenwich, Connecticut. Work Environment

This position will be performed onsite in our home care facility, where you will be an integral part of a collaborative team that includes two other physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA). Our work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured yet flexible work-life balance. The home care setting allows for meaningful one-on-one interactions with patients in a comforting environment that promotes recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and address each patient's specific rehabilitation goals and requirements.
  • Manage a patient caseload with a focus on individualized care, seeing one patient per hour to provide tailored treatment.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective treatment plans aimed at improving patients’ range of motion, strength, and overall mobility.
  • Utilize evidence-based techniques and methodologies, engaging in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise protocols.
  • Motivate and support patients throughout their recovery to achieve optimal functionality and independence.
  • Foster a collaborative approach by working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective care for all patients.
  • Regularly evaluate patient outcomes and document progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Promote healthy lifestyle adjustments by encouraging improvements in strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through tailored fitness and wellness programs.
  • Maintain precise documentation of patient care services utilizing EMR Software, such as WebPT, to streamline our processes and enhance patient care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, which may include sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. We serve a diverse clientele, primarily individuals with private medical insurance, allowing us to deliver personalized and effective treatment plans that cater to a wide range of needs. Your role will significantly impact patients' recovery trajectories by addressing their specific challenges and goals.

Qualifications
  • Completed a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
  • Possess a valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Connecticut.
  • Maintain an impeccable professional record with no disciplinary actions taken against your license.
  • Exhibit strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and hands-on treatment methodologies.
  • Demonstrate exceptional competence in developing and implementing targeted exercise protocols that drive patient outcomes.
  • Be familiar with EMR software, specifically WebPT, to efficiently document patient interactions and treatment plans.
Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting is required. You should bring expertise in managing diverse patient cases, applying innovative treatment strategies, and understanding the dynamics of home care therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

Integrity Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications.
