Night Shift Machine Operator | Entry-Level Manufacturing

Join a leading manufacturer of large plastic products in a clean, climate-controlled facility. You'll work with robotic plastic injection molding equipment, inspect finished products, and help produce high-quality parts used across a variety of industries. This company is known for its supportive team, excellent training, steady full-time schedule, and opportunities to increase your pay through cross-training.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term career potential for individuals looking to build experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, plastic injection molding, assembly, and quality inspection.

Machine Operator Duties
  • Operate and monitor robotic plastic injection molding machines
  • Remove finished plastic parts from production equipment
  • Inspect products for quality and identify defects
  • Apply logos and RFID tags to finished products
  • Maintain production quality standards and follow work instructions
  • Keep your work area clean and organized while following safety procedures

Schedule
Night Shift
  • 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
  • Rotating 2-2-3 schedule
  • Enjoy working only about half the days each month while maintaining full-time hours

Pay
  • $16.25 per hour
  • Opportunities for pay increases through cross-training and skill development

Machine Operator Requirements
  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or machine operating experience is helpful but not required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
