Our team is seeking Entry-Level Machine Operators to join our Monument, Colorado facility. In this role, you will operate manufacturing equipment producing precision medical nails and screws that support patient care around the world.

Shifts & Pay
- 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM | $17.00/hr
- 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM | $18.70/hr
- 3rd Shift: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM | $19.55/hr
- Load metal rods into manufacturing equipment (standing, bending, lifting required)
- Operate production machinery according to established procedures
- Package medical device products in a cleanroom environment
- Operate labeling and packaging machines
- Transfer completed product to Quality Control
- Follow safety, quality, and cleanliness standards at all times
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
