SUMMARYDevelops, interprets, and implements complex financial and accounting concepts, or techniques for financial planning and control.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Analyze historical financial metrics, and facilitate future financial modeling.- Prepare various monthly charts and analyses including Key Program Metrics, Administrative Performance Metrics, etc.- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis for Senior Management as requested using Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Hyperion.- Support for data collection from profit centers and key programs as needed.- Special projects as assigned or directed, such as Program Management Reviews, ad hoc management presentations, Board presentations, etc.- Maintain good working relationships with divisional accounting and Corporate staff, providing support as needed.- All other duties as assigned.CORE COMPETENCIES- Commitment to company values and ethics.- Dependability: personally responsible, completes work in a timely manner, and performs tasks accurately.- Motivation: must maintain a positive attitude and strong work energy.- Communication: excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills.
