Job description

As a Frontend-Focused Full Stack Engineer on the Conversation Intelligence team, you'll shape the experience layer of Chorus.ai - ZoomInfo's Conversation Intelligence platform. You'll build the rich data visualizations, charting experiences, and AI-powered interfaces that turn millions of analyzed sales calls into insights salespeople actually use. You'll own customer-facing product areas end-to-end, with a primary focus on crafting intuitive, performant UI, while staying comfortable enough with backend services to move fast without blockers.
What You'll do:

  • Design and build polished, responsive UI components and data visualization/charting experiences that make complex conversation data intuitive and actionable
  • Build and iterate on AI-powered tools and interfaces that surface deal insights, risk signals, and next-step recommendations in digestible ways
  • Collaborate closely with designers and PMs to translate roadmap initiatives into well-scoped frontend architecture and execution
  • Contribute to backend REST APIs and services as needed to support new features (own the contract, not necessarily the deep implementation)
  • Provide technical leadership on frontend architecture, component design patterns, and performance - contribute to code reviews and raise the UI/UX bar across the team
  • Test, document, and maintain a frontend codebase that's an example to other engineers

What you bring:

  • 3-6 years of relevant software engineering experience building production web applications, with React/Angular/Vue as your primary discipline
  • Strong grasp of frontend architecture: component design, state management, performance optimization, responsive/accessible UI
  • Working knowledge of - or genuine eagerness to learn - backend services and REST API development (Node.js or Python)
  • Familiarity with relational/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB) and search technologies (Elasticsearch/Solr) a plus, not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; highly responsible, enthusiastic, and thorough
