Job description

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare monthly reconciliations and journal entries for assigned general ledger accounts, as well as, ad hoc reports/schedules
  • Perform monthly close activities timely, including variance analyses for assigned accounts
  • Lead projects, perform research and assist with reviewing reconciliations and journal entries prepared by staff accountants
  • Assist management with maintaining and implementing accounting policies and procedures
  • Support internal and external audit requests and deliverables
  • Implement process efficiencies wherever possible
  • Continuously develop skills to effectively leverage AI tools to improve business outcomes.

Education and Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • MBA and/or CPA preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of related experience required
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFS, etc.) is required. Advanced Excel or automation experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience with SAP preferred
  • Experience with inter-company accounting, consolidations, foreign currency reporting, and other areas of technical accounting
  • Experience working with a large or publicly traded company a strong plus
