The Senior Marketing Manager - Pursuit & Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Americas plays a critical role in accelerating strategic pursuits and improving opportunity conversion across priority accounts in the Americas. Working closely with Sales, Pursuit Leads, Account Development and Marketing teams, you will design and deliver high-impact pursuit marketing and ABM programs that influence customer decisions, strengthen Worley's brand presence, and improve win rates.
In this role, you'll partner with account owners, SMEs and cross functional teams to shape compelling value propositions, develop customer centric messaging, and deliver tailored marketing assets aligned to Worley's global brand narrative. Success in this role requires strong strategic marketing capability, commercial acumen, and the ability to thrive in fast paced, deadline driven environments.
Key responsibilities:
  • Pursuit-Based Marketing (Primary Focus)
    • Partner with Pursuit Leads and Sales to develop and execute pursuit-specific marketing plans for major opportunities across the Americas, focusing on positioning Worley to win. Position pursuit marketing plans with Operations for investment in marketing activity.
    • Develop audience segmentation, customer-specific value propositions, win themes, pursuit narratives, and executive-level messaging that align to Worley's brand and aim to shift perception.
    • Lead and facilitate pursuit strategy workshops including messaging, customer insights, competitive analysis and storytelling development.
    • Integrate events, digital activations, leadership engagement, and thought leadership strategically within the pursuit cycle to influence perception and build customer confidence.
  • Account-Based Marketing (1:1 and 1:Few) - Brand Aligned
    • Partner with priority account teams to design high impact ABM programs that reflect and reinforce Worley's global brand positioning, ensuring every account touchpoint consistently expresses our value and strategic direction.
    • Deliver personalized content experiences, curated intelligence, and account specific campaigns that translate Worley's brand story into directly relevant, customer centric messaging, supporting relationship growth, opportunity shaping and key pursuits.
    • Lead insight gathering across customer behaviours, buying group dynamics, market drivers, and competitors, ensuring these insights inform how Worley's brand shows up within the account and guide long-term engagement strategies.
    • Lead ABM Americas event strategy, delivering effective marketing communications and aligning efforts with strategic accounts in partnership with multiple stakeholders
  • Measurement, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
    • Track, measure and report on outcomes for both pursuit and ABM activities, including engagement impact, pursuit influence, pipeline acceleration and win-rate contribution.
    • Use data, customer feedback and sales insights to continuously refine marketing approaches and enhance effectiveness.
    • Communicate program status and impact to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
    • Collaborate and partner with the content, web, events and creative teams on campaign concept, custom content requirements, best practice guidance, events and creative development to ensure effective campaign

What you'll bring to the role:
  • 10+ years' experience in marketing with strong exposure to pursuit support, capture marketing, ABM, B2B campaign development or bid/pitch strategy.
  • P roven ability to distil technical or complex information into clear, compelling value propositions and differentiated narratives.
  • Highly collaborative with demonstrated success partnering with Sales, Pursuit Leads, technical SMEs, and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills across written, visual and verbal channels.
  • Strong workshop facilitation skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams during high-pressure pursuits.
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work with global teams across time zones.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
