About the Role
Wonder Create is hiring a Creator Partnerships Manager to own and grow a portfolio of top creators building restaurant concepts on our platform. This role sits at the intersection of sales and account management, acting as both the initial deal lead and long-term relationship owner for critical creators. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping creators bring their concepts to life, scale their businesses, and maximize long-term value on Wonder.
This is a highly external-facing role that blends high-touch relationship management with strategic growth initiatives. You will work closely with the Wonder Create GM, product, operations, and marketing teams to ensure creators have a seamless experience from onboarding through ongoing performance, while surfacing insights that shape the future of the business.
About the Opportunity
Sales and Onboarding
  • Develop go-to-market strategy
  • Define and generate sales pipeline
  • Drive creator acquisition from first conversation through launch, positioning Wonder Create as the platform to build and own the next generation of restaurant brands
  • Own onboarding for new creators, guiding them through concept development, menu creation, and go-live

Strategic Creator Partnerships
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of top-tier creators, building strong, long-term relationships
  • Act as a strategic advisor, helping creators evolve their concepts, menus, and brands over time

Performance and Growth
  • Analyze concept performance and identify opportunities to drive revenue and engagement
  • Provide clear, actionable recommendations to help creators optimize their menus and business

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to improve the creator experience
  • Advocate for creators internally, ensuring their needs are reflected in roadmap and execution

Process and Scale
  • Help define the creator playbook, tools, and best practices to scale creator partnerships as the business grows

You Are Energized By

Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in partnerships, account management, or sales
  • Experience working with and negotiating creator, influencer, or celebrity deals
  • Experience managing and growing high-value relationships, ideally with creators or celebrities
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and advise a wide range of stakeholders
  • Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity
  • Someone with established creator relationships is a plus
  • Experience with marketplaces, creator platforms, food/hospitality, or ecommerce is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools is a plus

As a matter of company policy, Wonder does not sponsor applicants for employment visa status for this role.
Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome-and encouraged-to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.
New York: $128,000 - $143,000 per year.
Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
