This is more than a typical "answer the phones" role-our CSRs play a critical part in creating a first-class customer experience and helping drive the success of our business by converting inquiries into scheduled appointments.

What You'll Do

  •  Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and confidence 
  •  Convert customer inquiries into scheduled in-home appointments 
  •  Schedule sales, installation, and service appointments efficiently 
  •  Provide clear, helpful communication to customers throughout their experience 
  •  Resolve customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction 
  •  Accurately input and maintain customer information in our CRM system 
  •  Support team operations by keeping schedules organized and up to date 
What We're Looking For

  •  Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence 
  •  Positive, customer-first attitude 
  •  Ability to build rapport quickly and guide conversations 
  •  Organized and detail-oriented, especially with data entry and scheduling 
  •  Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
