Window World of Youngstown is looking for a hands-on Installation Manager who is as comfortable bending metal on a brake as they are navigating a difficult conversation with a homeowner. This isn't a "desk job." It's a role for a problem-solver who can manage personalities, enforce high standards, and represent our brand when the pressure is on.
The Role: Management, Mentorship, and Resolution
  • Leader of the Field: You are the primary point of contact for our installation crews. You'll manage schedules, oversee quality, and ensure our standards are met on every job site.
  • The "Face" of Resolution: When a customer is upset or a project hits a snag, you are the one who steps in. You'll use your product knowledge and people skills to turn "headaches" into "five-star reviews."
  • Bridge the Gap: You'll work closely with the General Manager and office staff to ensure the field knows what the office is doing-and vice versa.
  • Hands-on Support: You aren't afraid to get your hands dirty. Whether it's coaching a new tech or troubleshooting a complex install, you lead by doing.
