Job description

At Webflow, we're building the world's leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform, and we're doing it as a remote-first company built on trust, transparency, and a whole lot of creativity. This work takes grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality. Our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. From entrepreneurs launching their first idea to global enterprises scaling their digital presence, we empower teams to design, launch, and optimize for the web without barriers. We believe the future of the web, and work, is more open, more creative, and more equitable. And we're here to build it together.

The Senior Manager, People Technology sits at the intersection of systems, strategy, and employee experience. • Process Optimization & Workflow Redesign. Partner with People and Operations leaders to identify opportunities to streamline and redesign workflows across the employee lifecycle, surfacing automation and AI opportunities that set the foundation for intelligent, agentic delivery
  • AI exploration and agent development. Evaluate, pilot, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows for priority use cases across the employee lifecycle; set standards for how People system agents are built, tested, and maintained; stay at the forefront of AI tooling and innovation to continuously push what's possible for People systems
  • Team Leadership & Development. Lead and develop the People Technology team, setting the pace for high-quality delivery; build alongside the team while creating space for the team to own, grow, and push the boundaries of what's possible; drive operational maturity across the function, ensuring the right work gets prioritized, delivery is predictable, and the team has the structure, processes, and capacity to execute at pace
  • Project Management. Develop and manage project across the People technology portfolio, tracking timelines, dependencies, and obstacles; bring stakeholders along through education and enablement and communicate program updates clearly to broad audiences and cross-functional partners

Our People technology ecosystem includes, but not limited to:  Workday, Greenhouse, Workato, Qualtrics, Gem, and BrightHire, with integrations across benefits, payroll, EOR, finance, and other internal systems.
