  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets while contributing to broader team goals
  • Manage a high-volume book of business with strong prioritization and pipeline discipline
  • Build and deepen senior-level relationships across client organizations, influencing both executive and day-to-day stakeholders
  • Identify and activate multiple budget owners (brand, shopper, performance, video, CTV) to unlock incremental growth
  • Prospect and expand within existing and new accounts to drive long-term, always-on revenue streams
  • Partner with advertisers to develop learning agendas and measure the impact of Walmart Connect solutions
  • Lead consultative sales conversations, leveraging industry insights, market trends, and Walmart Connect capabilities
  • Create and deliver compelling, needs-based proposals and RFP responses aligned to client objectives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader in performance and programmatic advertising, including CTV

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
