Position Summary:
As a Medical Assistant at MyCare 365, you'll be a vital part of our care team, working side-by-side with providers and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care to our ambulatory patients. You'll provide direct patient care in a fast-paced office setting, supporting clinical workflows and ensuring every patient feels seen, heard, and cared for.
What You'll Do:
  • Assist with patient intake, vital signs, and documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
  • Support providers with procedures, exams, and follow-up care
  • Coordinate referrals, lab orders, and patient education
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
  • Positions imaging equipment and adjusts controls to set exposure time and distance, according to specification of examination
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth patient flow and continuity of care

  • Completion of an approved accredited Medical Assistant program
    • American Academy of Medical Assistants,

  • Flexibility to meet the schedules and needs of the MyCare 365 location
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in an ambulatory or outpatient setting is a plus
