We're Hiring: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Norristown, PA | Pay Range: $18-$22/hour | Full-Time
Company Overview:
Commercial Kitchen Ventilation provides commercial HVAC and kitchen ventilation service throughout the tri-state area.
When customers call, they need answers, scheduling, and support from someone who can stay organized and keep things moving. The office is a critical part of that process.
Position Summary:
We're hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support customer communications, scheduling, and day-to-day office operations.
This position is designed for someone who communicates well, stays organized, and is ready to learn.

What You'll Do:
  • Answer customer calls and schedule service appointments

Working Conditions:
This role is primarily office-based but supports an industry that doesn't always operate during normal business hours. Evening and weekend on-call coverage is required on a rotating basis.
