Job description

Overview

Head of GTM (Timberland Americas). This role oversees the regional end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) process, collaborating with the global GTM team from initial planning to market exit. It aligns market nuances with global objectives and synchronizes execution across functions to ensure consistent brand representation in markets that meet global objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation for seasonal execution – work with the global GTM team and product creation team to ensure regional milestones are aligned with objectives.
  • End-to-end process execution – align regional strategies with global objectives and partner with the global GTM team to incorporate regional perspectives (local market demands and consumer insights) into the global GTM process.
  • Coordinate regional GTM milestones and act as the primary point of contact for regional GTM updates, inquiries, and feedback.
  • Ongoing process optimization – partner with the global team to evaluate regional GTM performance, track KPIs, and identify areas for improvement; ensure regional collaboration and feedback into the global process at correct touchpoints.
  • Align regional strategies with Global GTM and Product teams to ensure global objectives and timelines are synced; partner with marketing teams to develop region-specific campaigns that align with GTM initiatives.
  • Assess success measurements such as timeliness of product launches, adherence to timelines/milestones, and performance targets in sales, market share, and productivity.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years managing GTM processes, balancing global objectives with regional execution.
  • Experience collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Merchandising to deliver consumer-relevant campaigns.
  • Ability to manage cross-regional milestones and ensure on-time delivery.
  • 3+ years of experience coordinating with wholesale partners, retail teams, and marketing to drive product campaigns and competitive positioning is preferred.
What You Need to Succeed

Foundational skills include the ability to balance global objectives with regional execution and to work across Marketing, Sales, and Merchandising to deliver consumer-relevant campaigns. Formal education is not required if you have demonstrated achievement in coordinating regional GTM activities.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Hiring Range: $86,400.00 USD – $108,000.00 USD annually.
  • Incentive Potential: Eligible for additional compensation awards including annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Details provided during recruiting and interview process.
