Core Responsibilities of HR Generalist Recruitment & Onboarding: Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new staff, plus facilitating onboarding for new hires. Employee Relations: Acting as a liaison between staff and management, handling conflict resolution, and addressing employee concerns.
