Overview
Shift: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, for 72 hours per pay period

In this role, you'll use your nursing expertise to improve workflows, support clinical systems, and empower caregivers with the tools they need to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with nurses, providers, and clinical teams to improve workflows and processes.
  • Serve as a clinical expert for electronic health records and other healthcare technology.
  • Identify opportunities to improve patient safety, quality, efficiency, and the overall care experience.
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Develop and provide education and training to clinical staff on technology and system changes.
  • Analyze clinical data and system functionality to identify trends and recommend improvement

Qualifications
Education:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (must obtain BSN within 12 years of hire date)

Experience:
  • (3) three years of prior experience using EPIC EMR

License/Certification:
  • Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in Iowa
