Job description

General Description
Records and maintains control of all inventory items purchased and produced.
Duties
  • Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures
  • Receive and enter verification data for inventory
  • Unpack and perform quality and quantity checks on manufacturer
  • Put away all inventory receipts.
  • Replenishment and validation of all inventories.
  • Perform cycle counts of product inventory
  • Properly label product locations.
  • Make adjustments to inventory in database as required.
  • Must be flexible to accept work assignments in different areas as needed and required.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Relies on judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Directs and leads the work of others.
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
  • Other Duties as assigned

Education/Experience Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Requires at least 5 years' experience in the field
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to leverage available resources to accomplish objectives
  • Forklift Operation

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.   • Must be able to walk and stand on level and/or inclined surfaces for certain periods throughout the day.
  • Must be able to climb stairs, ramps, ladders, and work stands, working at heights with fall protection devices.
  • Must be able to crouch, crawl, grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbow/knee and reach above/below shoulders.
  • May be required to lift up to 25 pounds and carry for short distances.
  • Must be able to distinguish color and judge three-dimensional depth.
