Triumph Group, Inc. has an opening for a General Manager in its Park City, UT location. This position will report to the President of the Operating Company.
We’re seeking a hands‑on, results‑driven General Manager to lead a high‑precision aerospace manufacturing site. The GM will stabilize operations, strengthen leadership bench talent, and drive performance in quality, delivery, cost, and culture. This role requires a leader who thrives in a private‑equity environment, embraces accountability, and can quickly elevate operational discipline.
The General Manager will be responsible for leading an organization of approximately 200 employees. The GM will be supported by a matrixed staff of site dedicated resources in operations, supply chain, quality, finance, business development and human resources.
This role will provide overall direction, leadership and oversight to the management team and workforce within the business, with a goal of generating maximum profitability and customer satisfaction.
ResponsibilitiesAll Positions at Triumph Geared Solutions require access to information or technology that is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and other US government security regulations. These laws do not permit access rights to non-US Citizens or to other unauthorized individuals. Therefore, presently all applicants must be US Citizens or US Permanent Residents (*green card holders*) and/or otherwise comply with ITAR requirements for access rights to be considered for a position.
Pursuant to International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”), applicants for SELECT positions will be required to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Permanent Residence, or U.S. Immigration Status in order to meet the minimum qualifications for those select positions. All inquiries related to citizenship are asked solely to comply with ITAR and EAR export licensing requirements.
