Customer Service Representative

Transdev in Everett, WA is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and client. We are seeking friendly, customer service-oriented people who are dedicated to safety.

Starting pay is $24.29 with progression to $27.60 over 4 years.

Benefits include:

Vacation: up to 14 days per year

Paid Sick Leave: 8 hrs monthly for full-time employees/ 5 hrs monthly for part-time employees; medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and company holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respondtocustomerinquiriesandconcernswithtimelyresponsesandaccurateinformationorredirect to a supervisor.
• Comprehensiveunderstandingofpoliciesandprocedures
• Meetorexceedestablishedperformancerequirements.
• Documenttripauthorizationsanddetails,includingtransportationtype,pickuptimes,appointmenttimes, and addresses.
• Otherdutiesasrequired.

Qualifications :

• HighSchoolDiploma,GED,orequivalent.
• Computerliterate
• Excellentcustomerserviceskills.
• Abilitytooperate a standardtelephonesystem.
• Mustbeabletoworkshiftsorflexibleworkschedulesasneeded.
• SubjecttoaDOTdrugtestingandphysical,ifapplicable.DOTRegulation49CFRPart40doesnot authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Physical Requirements:

The essential functions of this position require the ability to:

• Workoutsideinvaryingtemperature,weather,andhumidityconditions-100%ofthejobisperformed outside, work alone and in remote locations.
• Sitforextendedperiods(upto6–8hoursperday);frequentlywalkforlongdistancesandonpossible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces
• Pushandpullobjectsupto25pounds,occasionallythroughouttheworkday;liftmaterialweighingupto 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
• Withstandheavytrafficareaswhileperformingthedutiesof thejob;tolerateexposuretoconsiderable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes, and noise.
