We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem.
The Channel's founding Technical Board Members include former government leaders and IT executives passionate about bringing best-of-breed technology to the government.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manager, Program/Project I - General and Operations Managers to join our team!
The Manager, Program/Project I oversees and coordinates the operations of public or private sector organizations. This role involves formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the effective use of materials and human resources. Duties are broad and general in nature, spanning multiple management functions rather than a single specialized area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, direct, and coordinate organizational operations to meet strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Oversee the allocation and utilization of human, material, and financial resources.
• Monitor organizational performance and recommend improvements to processes and workflows.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and organizational guidelines.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering professional development and accountability.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in management or operations leadership roles.
• Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to develop policies and oversee diverse operational functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
