Job Description

Job Profile -Business Intelligence Analyst II

Annual Salary: $75,000 CAD annually

Location: 1500 Don Mills Rd, North York ON M3B3L1

Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days at the location


Key Responsibilities
  • Execute complex Excel-based analysis and reporting
  • Consolidate, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources
  • Support inventory, forecast, performance, and business analytics
  • Prepare recurring reports, insights, and executive summaries
  • Investigate data anomalies and perform root cause analysis
  • Support process documentation, governance, and SOP creation
  • Assist with project work, ad hoc analysis, and process improvement initiatives


Required Qualifications

  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience
  • Advanced Excel expertise (mandatory)
  • Complex formulas
  • Pivot tables
  • Large dataset analysis
  • Data reconciliation and reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities


Preferred Qualifications

  • Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, or IBP experience
  • Power Query / reporting automation experience
  • Process governance, process mapping, and SOP development

  • Strong communication skills and ability to create executive-ready outputs

We are looking for a Business Analyst or Supply Chain Analyst profile rather than an administrative support resource. The objective is to reduce manual workload, improve analytical capabilities, strengthen governance, and create sustainable process efficiencies across the IBP team.
