• Review RFPs, blueprints, and project specifications
• Evaluate contracts, scope changes, and work orders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Define scope, timelines, and resource requirements
• Coordinate materials, labor, and equipment with operations teams
• Develop mobilization and staffing plans

• Manage project schedules, costs, and scope to meet contract requirements
• Lead vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Monitor installation of low voltage, fiber, and structured cabling systems (Cat5/Cat6)
• Ensure projects stay on budget, on schedule, and meet quality standards
• Handle change orders, reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Represent projects in client meetings and progress updates

• Oversee final deliverables, customer acceptance, and sign-offs
• Ensure smooth project completion and documentation

• Proven success managing complex telecom or infrastructure projects
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with GMP contracts and cost-performance tracking

This is a Permanent position based out of New Albany, OH.

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
