GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages full-cycle recruitment across corporate, sales, and operational roles, from intake through hire, with a focus on timely hiring outcomes and a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience. The role requires proactive sourcing, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Proactively develop and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and anticipated hiring needs
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership
  • Proactively source and engage candidates using diverse channels (ATS, job boards, networking, direct outreach)
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and candidate profiles, and provide timely updates throughout the recruiting process
  • Drive hiring outcomes by reducing time-to-fill and improving candidate quality
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling across multiple time zones as needed
  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws, including pay transparency requirements, and Company policies and procedures
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate and new-hire experience from initial contact through onboarding, including scheduled post-hire check-ins to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain accurate, timely data within the ATS (Paycor) and ensure process visibility
  • Identify and implement improvements to recruiting processes, workflows, and overall efficiency
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team members to balance requisition workloads and provide recruiting coverage as business priorities change
  • Partner with HR team members on recruiting-related onboarding, employee experience, and talent initiatives as needed.
  • Support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding and internal transfers
  • Support HR projects and other initiatives aligned with business and operational needs

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Talent acquisition/recruiting certification preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • SHRM-CP preferred
  • Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications and align talent with business needs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated proactive sourcing and candidate pipeline development skills
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent organization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to operate with urgency, adaptability, and flexibility, including supporting hiring activities across multiple time zones
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
  • Must maintain a driving record that meets the requirements of Tech Systems' automobile insurance carrier
  • Must be able to travel as required to support business needs

PHYSICAL DEMANS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
This role is primarily remote; however, occasional travel may be required to support business needs, including interviews at the corporate office and attending job fairs. The position is expected to operate with flexibility to support candidates and managers across multiple time zones as needed.
Work is performed in a virtual environment and requires prolonged periods of sitting, computer use, and virtual communication. Occasional standing, walking, and light lifting may be required.
