Soni's client, a well-established professional services organization, is seeking a
Systems & Data Analyst to support and enhance its HR technology ecosystem and enterprise business applications. This role will partner closely with Human Resources, Finance, IT, and business leadership to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing administration of a new
Workday HRIS environment.
The ideal candidate is analytical, technically skilled, and experienced in HR systems, data integrations, reporting, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
- Support the implementation, configuration, testing, data migration, validation, and ongoing optimization of the Workday HRIS platform.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, system functionality, workflows, and business processes within Workday.
- Investigate and resolve HR systems issues while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data governance standards.
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, integrations, and data processing solutions.
- Support additional enterprise business applications outside of Workday, including financial and business management systems.
- Maintain data privacy, security, and compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, system documentation, and user guides.
- Perform ad hoc reporting and data analysis to support operational and leadership initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Human Resources, Analytics, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in HR systems, business analytics, HRIS administration, or a related technical role.
- Hands-on experience with Workday HRIS, including reporting, integrations, and system administration.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with APIs, authentication methods, encryption, digital certificates (X.509/PGP), SFTP, and secure data exchange frameworks.
- Experience supporting enterprise financial or professional services systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of Power BI, automation, orchestration tools, and data visualization best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvements and recommend technology solutions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with experience collaborating across technical and business teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
Preferred Experience:
- HRIS implementation or migration experience, particularly Workday.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications and system integrations in a professional services environment.
- Familiarity with data governance, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
Compensation: $120,000 to $140,000 annually
Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
