Job description

Job Summary:
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced SAP Site Reliability Engineer who can lead support specialists and collaborate with development teams. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of integration platforms while maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain high system availability and performance, troubleshooting production issues, and Managing Incident and Change Management (RCA).
• Coordinate security validation and ensure secure deliveries according to SAP standards.
• Lead support specialists, define SLIs/SLOs, and collaborate with development teams to implement improvements.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Over 8+ years of SAP Functional roles experience preferably in Retail/IS Domain
• Deep functional expertise in SAP
• Operational excellence in maintaining high availability, performance, and reliability of integration platforms
• Experience in troubleshooting production issues
• Experience in Managing Incident and Change Management (RCA)
• Ability to coordinate security validation and ensure secure deliveries according to SAP standards
• Experience in leading support specialists
