This individual will report into our Assistant General Manager and is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing employee training programs across the fulfillment center. facilitate the creation of interactive training content and assessments</li> <li>Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps across departments</li> <li>Lead collaborative meetings with leadership to determine training needs and develop an administration process</li> <li>Contribute recommendations for continuous learning and development needs; identify enhancements to current training curriculum to generate higher productivity, accuracy and safety</li> <li>Crosstrain in various fulfillment center departments to perform multiple distribution-related functions and ensure well-rounded program design</li> <li>Develop and maintain training documentation and records to track training compliance and implementation of best practices</li> <li>Ensure all training materials, SOPs, and online resources are accurate and up-to-date</li> <li>Monitor and track employee progress throughout the training lifecycle; analyze feedback and measure the effectiveness of training modules</li> <li>Lead informational meetings to prepare and educate team members on new processes and procedures</li> <li>Immediately address all personnel and performance-related incidents that arise</li> <li>Coordinate with other departments on processes and procedures to align on communication and best practices</li> <li>Attend and participate in site Leadership meetings</li> <li>Lead by example and maintain professional standards in the workplace at all times</li> </ul> <p><strong data-redactor-tag="strong">Requirements</strong><strong data-redactor-tag="strong">:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent</li> <li>Ability to push and pull objects up to 60 pounds of force independently <ul> <li>Employees are expected to seek help or use appropriate equipment to ensure safety for any task involving pushing or pulling that exceeds 60 pounds</li> </ul> </li> <li>Ability to stand and walk for up to 8-10 hours and up to 20,000 steps per day</li> <li>2-4 years of experience in instructional design, corporate training, or a supervisory/leadership role in a fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution environment</li> <li>Proven experience overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks, and ensuring&nbsp;adherence to productivity and quality standards</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and develop associates to achieve departmental goals</li> <li>Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and standard operating procedures</li> <li>Strong understanding of safety practices and ability to promote a safe and compliant work environment</li> <li>Fundamental understanding of inventory, supply chain, and logistics concepts</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, and Excel)</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and time management skills;
