As a Senior Universal Banker,you’llbe thego ‑ tofinancial guide for members. You will:

  • Lead financial conversations with members to help them navigate everyday banking, major life decisions, andlong ‑ termgoals.
  • Build relationships that create lifelong members through trust, empathy, and outstanding service.
  • Provide expert support on accounts, loans, digital banking tools, and personalized financial solutions.
  • Mentor and support Universal Bankers , helping elevate the member experience and team performance.
  • Solve problems creatively , from helping a member improve their credit to guiding them through a big purchase or budget.
  • Drive branch success through sales, service excellence, and smartdecision ‑ making.
  • Preference for Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
