Facilities Managers responsible for multiple sites often encounter challenges such as coordinating maintenance schedules across locations, ensuring consistent compliance with safety regulations, and managing diverse vendor relationships. Leveraging facility management software and establishing clear protocols can help streamline operations and maintain high standards across all properties.
