We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer with Trade Floor support experience to provide white-glove IT support for front-office users in a fast-paced financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Windows desktop support skills, experience supporting trading floors, and knowledge of market data platforms.
Role and Responsibilities:- Provide white-glove desktop support for traders, portfolio managers, and research teams.
- Support Windows desktops, laptops, and high-performance workstations.
- Configure and troubleshoot multi-monitor setups.
- Support market data platforms such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and FactSet.
- Troubleshoot Active Directory, VPN, Citrix/VDI, and networking issues.
- Manage incidents through ServiceNow or Jira while meeting SLAs.
- Support Microsoft 365, mobile devices, and collaboration tools.
- Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams to resolve critical issues.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- 8+ years of Desktop/Trade Floor Support experience.
- Windows Desktop & Endpoint Support.
- Trade Floor Support.
- Multi-monitor workstation setup.
- Active Directory, VPN, Networking.
- Citrix/VDI.
- ServiceNow or Jira.
- Bloomberg, Refinitiv, FactSet (preferred).
- OMS/EMS or Aladdin (preferred).
- White-glove/VIP Support.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting financial services or asset management environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure, market-driven environments.
