    Field Service Technician 

    $34-$39+/hr (Based on Experience)
    85% Travel | All Travel Expenses Paid + Company Credit Card

    What You'll Do
    • Operate and support advanced robotic welding systems at customer facilities
    • Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on automation equipment
    • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and robotic system issues
    • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and engineering drawings
    • Monitor system performance and ensure high-quality production
    • Assist with installing and commissioning autonomous robotic welding cells
    • Work alongside engineering teams to solve technical challenges and improve equipment performance
    • Track inventory, document service activities, and support continuous improvement initiatives
    • Learn robotics, vision systems, and software as you grow into more advanced technical responsibilities
    What We're Looking For
    • Technical degree, trade school, engineering degree, or equivalent hands-on experience
    • Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment
    • Manufacturing, automation, machine building, welding, fabrication, or maintenance experience preferred
    • Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
    • Interest in robotics, automation, and emerging technologies
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn
    • Comfortable traveling Monday-Friday (approximately 85%)
