Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and licensed Sales Representative with Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life Insurance credentials to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients understand their insurance needs and delivering exceptional customer service while driving agency growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate P&C and Life insurance products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage options clearly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the agency team to meet sales goals and support overall agency objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of State Farm products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Process applications, endorsements, and claims as needed, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • Active Property & Casualty and Life insurance licenses in Ohio.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or related financial services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient with basic computer applications and CRM software.
