Executive Assistant

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Senior Leadership Team. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating daily operations and communications, coordinating calendars and scheduling requests, and ensuring that leaders can focus on strategic initiatives.

You'll thrive in this role if you are resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs before they arise. You'll be the connective thread that keeps the team running efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to members of the senior leadership team, including scheduling, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
• Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones and prioritize competing demands.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, and company-wide events, including logistics, agendas, and materials.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Act as a liaison between senior leaders and internal/external stakeholders.
• Support operational processes such as invoice tracking, procurement, and recordkeeping.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and team efficiency.

Location: Denver, CO

Travel: Minimal, less than 10%

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of executive administration experience, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• High level of integrity, professionalism, & discretion
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
