Job description

DESCRIPTION
The Breakfast Attendant is often the first employee our guests come in contact with on a daily basis. This position is responsible for properly preparing and serving breakfast to our hotel guests but also responsible for interacting and ensuring our guests are having a great stay at our hotel
Essential Job Functions:
• Smile and greet every person that walks through our doors
• Provide the highest quality of service at all times
• Promptly and effectively deal with any guest complaints or requests
• Properly prepare breakfast in accordance with all local health department regulations
• Engage and provide personalized service to all guests
• Keep the breakfast buffet and seating area clean at all times
• Take inventory of all food, beverages and supplies and assist with ordering to ensure we have the proper products for our guests
• Maintain and keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times in accordance with all local health department regulations
• Keep all kitchen equipment cleaned to appropriate cleanliness standards
• Successfully complete all brand and local health department training requirements
• Ensure breakfast offerings are always maintained at brand standards and continually kept stocked throughout the breakfast serving period
• Properly store and put away all food deliveries
• Properly store any reusable food supplies
• Any other requests or tasks assigned by the hotel leadership team
