We're hiringHospice LVNs - compassionate professionals who provide skilled nursing and palliative care to patients and families during their most vulnerable moments. This role blends clinical expertise, empathy, and relationship-building to deliver dignified, meaningful care.

You lead with compassion, resilience, and clinical precision. You're dependable, emotionally intelligent, and thrive in a team-focused environment. You're comfortable around pets and passionate about supporting patients and families with grace and dignity.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Deliver skilled nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse
  • Provide pain and symptom management, medical treatments, and patient education
  • Support patients and families through end-of-life care with empathy and professionalism
  • Participate in care planning and collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospice protocols
  • Travel to patient homes across Orange County

Qualifications:
  • Valid LVN/LPN license in the state
  • Minimum 1 year of LVN/LPN experience
  • Hospice experience preferred but not required
  • CPR certification required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working around animals and pets
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
  • May be required to work outside regular hours based on patient needs

Anticipated pay range
$34-$37 USD
