Job description

One of the most important people on our Team is the Customer Service Representative (CSR). Some might even refer to this individual as an Administrative Assistant or a Receptionist. Nevertheless, in my opinion, they are basically, "The CEO of First Impression" within a company. When interviewing for this position for any of our four locations, I am very meticulous in the selection of this very valuable Team Member. The CSR position requires an individual to be courteous, polite, and well-mannered at all times, regardless of the situation. They must also possess the ability to be detail-oriented and excellent at multi-tasking.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:
