Speech-Language Pathologist

Help Young Children Find Their Voice

Are you a Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about helping young children reach important developmental milestones?

Join Seven Hills Foundation as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) providing Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers from birth to age three and their families. Working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you'll provide family-centered services in home and community settings to support communication, feeding, swallowing, and overall development.

This is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with children and caregivers while helping families develop practical strategies they can use every day.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide individual and group speech and language therapy based on each child's Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).
  • Evaluate and address communication, feeding, and swallowing needs.
  • Provide services in family-focused home and community settings.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary evaluations and collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals.
  • Educate and coach parents, caregivers, and team members on speech, language, and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with professionals in areas such as social work, cognition, and motor development to support the whole child.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with licensure, billing, agency, and Early Intervention requirements.
  • Participate in toddler groups and other program activities as assigned.
  • Provide consultation, orientation, or support to other speech/language team members as needed.
  • Maintain professional knowledge and licensure through continuing education and professional development.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the dignity and rights of children and families.
  • Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment consistent with Seven Hills Foundation's mission and values.
