Job description

The Product Manager will oversee Toyota, Lexus, and Subaru vehicle product lines in the Hawaii market, including managing product launches and life cycles, supporting dealer performance, evaluating upcoming models, providing feedback to manufacturers, and developing long-term product strategies.

KEY OUTCOMES:

  • Utilizes internal and external information and data sets to design and develop an analytical view of product performance, both historical and forecasted
  • Uses product analytics to ensure the most effective and efficient movement and management of product lines in pursuit of maximum profitability and inventory turns
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute vehicle configurations based on the analysis in their design and development phase
  • Determines a strategic product mix (model mix, content, color, and accessories) based on the study of current market conditions and the analytical forecast model and product sell-through
  • Creates and verifies the accuracy of vehicle window sticker (Monroney Label) specifications to ensure compliance with the National Monroney Law
  • Provide oversight of the Distribution System to ensure that all Product Management set-ups and product information are completed and executed for vehicle launch
  • Assist with leading, coaching, and managing the product management team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Data Analytics
  • Minimum two years of work experience in distribution operations or minimum of four years of work experience in a dynamic progressive work environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Project management work experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
