Job Description Summary
Performs accounting, financial reporting and analysis functions, Responsible for applying financial analysis knowledge and judgment to activities that are routinely performed.
Job Description
Applicants must possess legal authorization to work for our company in the U.S. without the need for immigration sponsorship or otherwise serving as an employer of record for immigration employment purposes. Responsibilities:
  • Performs professional financial analysis work based mainly on, but not limited to, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), which involves: extracting financial data from various accounting and information systems, compilation, consolidation and appropriate analysis of financial data.
  • Analyze, test and verify information compiled is correct and/or reasonable based upon accounting and financial analysis knowledge.
  • Respond to requests received from management and other departments.
  • Understands the flow of information and uses that knowledge to troubleshoot problems.
  • Participates in monthly and quarterly accounting processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Explains to others how analysis was produced and or reported.
  • Updates and consolidates financial reports for forecasting, trending and results analysis.
  • Supports business unit reporting needs, as well as performing duties related to the Corporate business reporting unit.
  • Assists with project work and may serve as a member of divisional project team.
  • Responsible for adherence to the company's framework of internal controls.
  • Improve procedures, update and organize documentation of reporting and planning processes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Up to 2 years of experience, with degree.
  • Advanced computer skills. Base knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of financial area preferred (for example, investments, insurance products, premium).
  • Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing, customer service approach.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate; analytical, work effectively individually and within a team, organizational and prioritization skills.

Working Conditions:
  • Hybrid (Tuesday - Thursday in office)
  • Fast paced deadline-driven office environment

Compensation:
  • The Salary for this position generally ranges between $53,000 - $70,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
  • Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company's discretion.
