Le ou la titulaire du poste travaillera à l'assemblage de sous-systèmes ou de parties d'équipements directement sur les lignes de production. Il/elle peut également travailler sur d'autres aspects tels que l'emballage d'appareils, ou la préparation de kits de service.

Le ou la titulaire du poste travaillera à l'assemblage de sous-systèmes ou de parties d'équipements directement sur les lignes de production. Il/elle peut également travailler sur d'autres aspects tels que l'emballage d'appareils, ou la préparation de kits de service.
Principales responsabilités
- Effectuer les tâches d'assemblage en fonction du calendrier de production et de la quantité nécessaire;
- Assembler toutes les composants de l'équipement (portes, pompes, réservoirs, armoires, plomberie, pneumatique) et effectue les ajustements nécessaires conformément aux spécifications de l'équipement;
- Effectuer l'inspection de finition de surface en utilisant l'équipement de mesure approprié;
- Pour ceux qui travaillent dans la cellule d'emballage : démonter les équipements en sous-pièces et effectuer les tâches requises pour faire les caisses (coupe du bois, assemblage de caisses, pose d'autocollants, etc.);
- Identifier les problèmes avec les pièces ou le processus d'assemblage et donne une notification rapide au superviseur;
- Participer à l'analyse des problèmes et à leur résolution;
- Effectuer la maintenance de base sur les outils d'assemblage;
- Participer aux activités et projets d'amélioration continue;
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
- Diplôme de secondaire V ou équivalent
- Expérience de 2 ans ou plus dans l'assemblage de type mécanique
- Capacité à comprendre des plans d'assemblage
- Capacité à utiliser des outils manuels
- Rigueur
- Salaire entre 19$/h et 24$/h selon l'expérience pertinente reconnue;
