Chez STERIS, nos technicien(ne)s de service sur le terrain représentent le visage de l'entreprise en assurant un service de grande qualité auprès de nos Clients. Dans ce rôle terrain en contact direct avec la clientèle, vous vous déplacerez dans des hôpitaux, des laboratoires, des centres chirurgicaux et d'autres sites Clients afin d'effectuer l'entretien, le dépannage, la réparation, l'étalonnage et le soutien à l'installation d'équipements mécaniques, électromécaniques et électroniques complexes. Vous serez également responsable de bâtir et maintenir des relations positives avec les clients et vos collègues, tout en accomplissant les tâches administratives requises.
Les personnes ayant de l'expérience en réparation CVAC, mécanique, maintenance, réfrigération, chaudières, refroidisseurs, réparation d'équipements, mécanique diesel et automobile, maintenance aéronautique, plomberie, électricité, etc., réussissent généralement très bien dans ce rôle.
Veuillez noter que ceci est un poste à temps plein/permanent. Des déplacements sont à prévoir jusqu'à 90 % du temps sur le territoire, incluant généralement 1 semaine de nuitées chaque 2 mois.

Exigences
* Diplôme d'études secondaires (DES) ou équivalent, avec plus de 4 ans d'expérience, dont au moins 2 ans dans un rôle technique ou mécanique.
* Détenir un permis de conduire provincial valide avec un bon dossier de conduite et maintenir à jour les vaccinations requises.
* Capacité à voyager aux États-Unis pour des formations.
* Capacité à travailler selon un horaire flexible (incluant à l'occasion en dehors des heures normales) et à se déplacer au besoin (jusqu'à 50 %).
* Solides compétences techniques, organisationnelles, de résolution de problèmes et de dépannage.
* Excellentes aptitudes en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
* Aisance avec l'utilisation d'un ordinateur et connaissance des outils de la suite Microsoft Office.
* Capacité à travailler de façon autonome, avec peu de supervision.
* Flexibilité pour gérer des priorités multiples et changeantes.
